FCR Services was founded in 2001 and has been privately held ever since. The people who built the company still run it, so clients work with owners and executives, not a ticket queue.

Built on payments expertise
FCR comes out of a payments company. Before and alongside collections, our team built and ran ACH processing, check authorization and merchant services.
Today we focus entirely on recovery, and that background still shapes how we handle trust accounting, remittance and the rules that govern consumer payments.
